Meet the Expert.

I'm Paul Shustak, a product and startup expert with over 20 years of experience. I've helped launch nearly two dozen breakthrough products that had no clear precedent and uncertain demand.

My career spans Fortune 50 companies such as Microsoft, Sony, and Adobe and venture-backed startups. My educational background includes a Masters in Human-Computer Interface and an MBA. I am also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).  

I am also a founder, having launched five of my own startups with two exits. This experience has been essential to the development of our product-market fit toolkit.  

My partners and I started Unlock to share what we’ve learned (from both failures and successes) and help clients apply this knowledge in practical, actionable ways.  We look forward to assisting you on your PMF journey.
